Freshoifauna is committed to making freshoifauna.world accessible to people in New Zealand, including users with disabilities. We aim to align with the NZ Government Web Accessibility Standard (WCAG 2.1 Level AA where practicable).

- Colour contrast using our brand palette with readable text on sand, mint, and teal backgrounds.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, form labels, and focus states on interactive controls.
- Alternative text and dimensions on the three illustrative images used across the site.
- Animations respect
prefers-reduced-motionsystem settings.
Known limitations
Embedded maps depend on third-party providers and may not meet all accessibility requirements. Some audio session content may require captions—we are expanding transcripts over time.
