Who is Freshoifauna for?

Adults across Aotearoa who want gentle, self-paced movement education. We are not a medical provider and do not diagnose or treat conditions.

Do I need prior experience?

No. Sessions include modification cues. You choose intensity and length based on how you feel—particularly helpful on low-energy days.

How are subscriptions priced and renewed?

Prices and renewal intervals are shown before payment. Cancel upcoming renewals via your account or by emailing us before the next billing date.

What personal information do you collect?

Contact details, account data, and technical logs needed to run the service. Optional analytics run only if you consent in the cookie banner. See our Privacy Policy.

How do refunds work under NZ consumer law?

Our Return Policy explains remedies under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, including when digital services are not delivered with reasonable care and skill.

Can you guarantee results from the programmes?

No. We provide educational resources only. Experiences vary and depend on your own pace and circumstances.
