We provide digital gentle movement and wellness education, optional studio orientation by appointment, and account features. Content is general information only—not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Contact 111 for emergencies in New Zealand.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and safeguard credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with infrastructure.
  • Do not copy, scrape, or redistribute materials except as permitted in writing.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or misleading content through contact channels.

4. Intellectual property

Text, audio, visuals, and software remain our property or that of licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active.

5. Fees and changes

Pricing appears at checkout. We may adjust features or prices with reasonable notice for recurring plans as described at purchase.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Participation is voluntary; pace activities to your comfort. We make no guarantees about specific wellbeing outcomes.

7. Liability

Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, our liability is governed by that Act. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect loss and our aggregate liability for proven direct loss is limited to fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Fair trading and advertising

We comply with the Fair Trading Act 1986. Promotions and landing pages will match checkout pricing and inclusions. Testimonials describe individual experiences, not promised results.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. You may bring proceedings in Auckland courts. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections in your country of residence may also apply.
